Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the services provided by VSB EasyShope Private Limited ("VSB EasyShope", "we", "us") to sellers and businesses ("client", "you"). By engaging our services you agree to them.
1. Services
We provide e-commerce marketplace management services, including account management, product listing and cataloguing, inventory and order coordination, digital marketing and seller support, as described on our website and in the plan you choose.
2. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for order packaging and dispatch, for the accuracy of product information, documents and approvals you share with us, and for the legality and quality of the products you sell. You keep ownership of your seller accounts, brand and content.
3. Fees and payment
Plan fees are payable in advance for the chosen duration. GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is charged in addition. Advertising spend is paid directly to the marketplace and is not part of our fee.
4. Marketplace rules
All work is carried out within the policies of each marketplace. Marketplaces control rankings, approvals and account decisions; we cannot guarantee specific sales, rankings or outcomes.
5. Account access and confidentiality
Where you give us access to your seller accounts, we use it only to provide the agreed services and keep your business information confidential.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service period in question.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.

To respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, send work updates and invoices, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with the marketplaces and service providers needed to deliver our services, or where the law requires it.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

This website
The contact form opens WhatsApp on your device with your message filled in; we do not store form entries on this website. Embedded Google Maps may set its own cookies.

Return, Refund & Cancellation
We provide services, not physical goods, so there are no product returns.
Cancellation
You may ask to cancel a plan at any time by email or WhatsApp. Cancellation stops renewal of the plan.
Refunds
Fees for a service period that has already started are generally not refundable, because work begins as soon as the plan is active. If a payment was made by mistake or a service could not be started, contact us within 7 days and we will review the request. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Advertising spend
Ad budgets are paid to the marketplace directly and are subject to that marketplace's own policies.

Shipping Policy
VSB EasyShope provides digital, online services. We do not ship physical products to clients.
Services begin after the plan is confirmed and payment is received, and are delivered through your marketplace seller accounts and our regular work updates.
Shipping of your own products to your customers is handled by you or by the marketplace's fulfilment programme (such as FBA or Flipkart Fulfilment), under that marketplace's policies. We can support you with FBA / FBF shipment coordination as part of our plans.
